Job profile:

As an upholsterer, you are responsible for producing new upholstered furniture or replacing old pieces of furniture. The selection of furniture ranges from sofas and armchairs to benches, chairs and stools. The materials to be processed are also versatile: leather, fabric, wood, foam, metal and in many patterns and colors.

Training at Ahrndt:

At Ahrndt, furniture is manufactured for well-known customers in the contract and upholstered furniture sector. But we also upholster the furniture for our own Kolini furniture collection. Here you have the opportunity to produce a lot of different furniture and also to participate in the design and development of new models.

What you should bring with you:

Craftsmanship as well as an interest in design and a feeling for colors and patterns. A high degree of accuracy is also important when padding.
